The founder, Hiläl Sankari, brings years of experience in sales, business development, and hospitality. After working in high-end hospitality, he studied Hotel and Hospitality Management and later transitioned into the e-mobility sector, holding positions at Tesla and Electra, most recently as Sales and Business Development Manager. During this time, he built a strong, Europe-wide network of companies, service providers, and decision-makers.
This combination of service orientation, sales expertise, and strategic thinking shapes the work of MCM Connect today. We stand for partnerships built on mutual respect, clear communication, and tailored solutions.
